Many business schools have bodies that organise events related to both social and professional matters for current students and they tend to be quite informal.

They may also represent and voice collective student opinions to the faculty on various issues.

TIP
Getting involved with your student association, or forming one if it doesn't already exist, is a great way of getting to know your faculty staff and other students on your course, and can often lead to a range of future opportunities.
